Larry not only fit us into his busy schedule when we needed the inspection done, he explained what he was going to do and talked us through it when he was done. The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.
